her babies. From her own experience,
Sara knows that giving babies a wide
variety of fruits and especially vegetables
from the very start helps to nurture
healthy eating habits for life. She
believes that parents feeding their
children is a form of teaching; that
children's future health depends on
the eating lessons they have learned
in early childhood.
Sara's cooking mentor
was her grandmother. Sara's baby food
role model is Lizzie Vann (Organic
food pioneer and founder of UK baby
food company Organix).
